I'm sorry but no. A staff application isn't some casual thing you do in 2 minutes without giving even an ounce of effort. Keep this in mind, not only for future gaming applications but for IRL applications: Next time, if you want to convince someone to hire you, try to present yourself as much as you possibly can while at least showing a shred of interest in what you are doing, not to mention you won't always have the luxury of having an infinite amount of time to write down, correct and detail your application. Is it 1 hour as a Moderator in a tiny server or is it Head Admin in a major server? All in all, I recommend you to think about it some more and try again next time.
